Indian Haweli was established in 1997 during

the month of September. It was a bright autumn

day when people could begin to feel the special

alluring aroma of Indian spices in Möllevången in

Malmö, which today is a multicultural restaurant

establishment in Sweden.

Something we discovered was that people were

very curious about how hot the food is. Swedish

authorities, such as environmental management,

were particularly curious about how we deal with

an Indian food production kitchen. Older people

asked us if we can serve some boiled potatoes

alongside rice.

Today,14 years already passed, we have matured

and our goal is always to satisfy you as our guests

and offer you a long lasting taste experience. Our

vegetarian friends as well as our sizzle and curry

lovers have found us for good.

A vast majority of the Indian population is pure

vegetarians, but India has a very diverse cuisine,

consisting of vegetarian to meat, fish to birds.

The Indian food is hence very versatile and unique.

We have sorted and picked out some of the

well suited to represent our greatest pride and

heritage. Today, Indian Haweli is a household

name in Malmö. You can even ask many taxi

The truth behind Haweli's success is that we

don't really believe in expensive advertising and

promotional campaign. However, your simple
